Palmer's Village Cafe - St. Simons Island

There are few better gifts than to enjoy your work, and all the chefs and caterers I interviewed exemplify passion for their craft. It was a special pleasure meeting John Belechak and Palmer Fortune of Palmer's Village Cafe on St. Simons Island. They made me laugh and had some great things to say about their work, and the work done by all the volunteers for Amity House and Hope House.
